Carman House Hotel - Bled

Room was cozy but a bit cramped for two tall guys.

It was in a beautiful and lovely location adjacent to the shores of the lake, lovely restaurants and Bled city center. Everything was modern, yet a few employees were not that friendly.

Thank you guys for a very nice stay for one or two nights. The attached restaurant is excellent and having milk, cereals and fruit for breakfast is a bonus. It has spotless and airy rooms, good value. The location is magnificent and they have parking nearby.

We faced several disappointments . The advertised lake view turned out to be misleading, as our room didn't have a clear sight of the water.

The view from the comfort double room with lake view was fine. Waking up to that every morning was a treat. The restaurant downstairs served delicious meals, and I enjoyed dinner while overlooking the lake. The shower in the bathroom had great pressure. The pillows were too soft, and the room felt cramped with limited space for our suitcases. There were no blackout blinds in the room, so morning light came in early, disturbing our sleep. The parking situation was also inconvenient. Finding space was tricky, and the nearest lot was uphill. Musical traffic noise from the road outside often disrupted our peace. Despite these issues, the location was perfect for accessing activities around the lake, and the staff was helpful and attentive were nice.

Utilize the in-house boat rental service for easy access to explore the lake and its fine island views.

The sauna was a fantastic bonus, and the staff helped us seamlessly with local tips. Parking was a bit tight, though.

The location might be nice, but don't expect too much from the actual rooms. The walls are paper-thin, so good luck getting any rest. I also had to go without breakfast as the bar wouldn't serve me before a certain time, which feels just rude. I would've loved a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. Oh well.

The location is amazing-right by the lake! The rooms are clean, with beautiful lake views. Vid was super cute and helpful. The food quality was excellent, especially for a small place!

Perfect for a couple's retreat

We made great memories enjoying the fine sunrise views from our room the bed was super comfortable and the sauna was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Plus, the staff treated us like family helping us with everything we needed to.

It wasn't cheap but the beauty of the place made it acceptable.

The kids loved playing by the lake, and we enjoyed the beautiful views from our room. The staff was friendly and offered us great tips about local spots. Plus, there were a few nearby parks, made it easy for our small children to play.

For dads, it would be great to have easier access to a small play area for kids.
